This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use repsheet.net, why, and what rights you have — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

Who is responsible (data controller)

The data controller for repsheet.net is Repsheet. For anything related to your data, contact us at admin@ownage.tech.

What we process, why, and on what legal basis

• • Server and security logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps): processed by our hosting providers to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retained only for a short period.
• • Analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, session replays, approximate location, device information): used to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). In the EU/EEA/UK these tools are only loaded after you accept the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings (also linked in the footer). Google Analytics data is retained up to 14 months; Clarity session recordings up to 30 days, aggregated Clarity data up to 13 months.
• • Local preferences (theme, language, currency, preferred agent, and your cookie choice itself): stored in your browser's local storage only. They never leave your device and are not transmitted to us.
• • Email: if you contact us, we process your email address and message to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest / steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

• • Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — CDN in front of our API
• • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics (only with your consent)
• • Microsoft Corporation (USA) — Microsoft Clarity (only with your consent)

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.
